I made the boy work. He cracked the eggs, added the ham and cheese and stirred the omelet and watched over it as it cooked. It is never to early to start....right Jimbo!
Then, after church, I made him earn his lunch. We washed my car. He really was a big help....some of the time. Dallas: Look Nana, my pockets are full of water! (as he sticks the hose in each pocket.)
Dallas: Nana, I'm going to get in trouble, my clothes are wet.
Nana: No, you were helping Nana. Mom won't be mad. We'll put them in the dryer.
He loved the room and Kaya played well with him. At times, I wasn't sure who was pursuing who!
After lunch, we took a little time out on the hammock to read a book.
The view from the hammock was lovely....especially in light of the rainy days we have had.
The room was a hit...and the day was a hit. He is such a precious bundle of energy!!!
